Veterinary Technician Assistant/Receptionist

This is a position in a fast-paced, client oriented veterinary hospital. Applicants MUST have experience in the veterinary field - applications without experience in this field will not be considered.

Our team is a family of energetic people who work in this field because of our shared love for animals. However, we are also a group of professionals who take extreme pride in our work and understand that this is a functionineg hospital with the joy of new puppies, but also the stress of emergencies and ill patients.

We are open 7:30am-6pm most days, and 8-11:30 on Saturday. Schedules are typically on a two week rotating basis. There currently is enough flexibility in the schedule that we should be able to accommodate either two part time applicants or one full time.

This position is that of a floater. Some days we will need help in reception, fielding calls, checking clients in or out, and scheduling appointments. Other days we need a technician or technician assistant. For the right candidate, we will train, however any eligible candidate will need to have previous work experience inside of a veterinary hospital. Pay: $10.50 - $15.00 per hour
