Job Description

Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant
Hill Street Veterinary Hospital is a mixed practice, providing services for companion and farm animals, avian, some reptiles and pocket pets. The candidate must be kind and hard working. The hours needed run from 2pm until close (6pm or 7pm depending on the day) Monday through Friday. The available position includes but is not limited to:

Answering phones

Arriving and departing patients

Taking medical backgrounds

Typing medical notes

Faxing and emailing medical records

Scheduling appointments

Cleaning

Filing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All applicants must provide proof of COVID vaccination. Masks are warn at all times. We are operating on a modified curbside schedule - open clinic hours in the morning are curbside, afternoon and evening appointments are in person.
