Veterinary Receptionist

Hershey Veterinary Hospital is a well-established, AAHA accredited, small animal hospital located in Hershey, PA. Our hospital offers routine care, surgery, in house laboratory equipment, boarding, grooming, and preventative care. We pride ourselves on practicing high quality medicine with a focus on animal care and customer service. A potential candidate must be a team player who shares these core values. Applicants must be highly motivated, organized, have great attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and good communication skills. Duties would include: answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, patient check-in and check-out, handling payments, and maintaining medical records. This position can be part-time or full-time, and would require evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Knowledge of Infinity software and previous experience in a veterinary hospital is preferred but not required. Salary is competitive and based on experience and knowledge.
