Veterinary Receptionist

We are looking to add to the team for our newest hospital, located in Folsom, CA. The ideal candidate has a love of animals and a compassionate, caring, manner. Attitude is key. Accepting applications for Part time and future possibilities for Full-Time for the right applicant.

Weekend Shifts Day & Nights are our current need.

Our ideal candidate would have a compassionate, reassuring phone voice and be good at efficiently gathering information. Creating estimates, invoicing, and properly applying payments are some of the essential skills for this position. Experience with Impromed, would be beneficial, but having a willingness to learn is even more important.

We are currently looking for strong in skills customer service front. Must be able to deal with your own emotions and customers emotions under times of stress.

Hospital philosophy is to provide care to all types animals. We work to keep price from prohibiting care. We work to support the relationship that our customer has with their day time vet and offer an option for care outside of their vets normal hours.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
