We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join the Valet Vet family!

Our schedule is by appointment only; M-F – no walk-ins, work-ins, emergencies, after-hours call
We work together as a team to maintain schedule flexibility for vacations, illness, or family obligations.
We focus on compassionate and comprehensive patient care and client education. We aim to minimize patient stress and meet client expectations for preventive medicine and non-emergent sick pet consults with empathy and understanding.
We continuously search for ways to improve our medicine, our practice and our ability to offer more to our patients. This includes offering telemedicine consults, mobile internal medicine appointments – with ultrasound capabilities, and mobile CT services.

Valet Vet has a unique approach to veterinary medicine. We can provide most services that a traditional animal hospital can provide in the comfort of our client's home! We are able to provide more personalized patient care in an environment where pets are familiar and most comfortable.

No late hours or after-hour emergencies! Only 1 Saturday shift (1/2 shift) a month.

Requirments

• 3-5 years of experience required in a veterinary practice. This is NOT an entry-level position.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Be comfortable solving problems
• Proficient with technology including text messaging and emailing.
• Comfortable using new software platforms including Slack, Deputy, and other practice software applications.
• Handle 50+ customer interactions per day, giving detailed, personalized, friendly & polite service to ensure customer retention.
• Remain courteous and calm at all times, even during moments of customer displeasure
