We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to lead our CSR team and become our Veterinary Front Office Manager. We are a local small animal Veterinary Hospital in Oceanside offering a full complement of services to our clients. We have wonderful clients and our team is friendly and excited to have new team members join us!

Our ideal candidate will pay excellent attention to detail, will communicate well with other team members and clients, and take pride in their work.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who has at least 3 years of experience, and experience working in a Veterinary Hospital is a plus!

Job duties include:

  • All general CSR duties
  • Training CSR staff
  • Organizing and maintaining the workflow for the CSR team
  • Client Conflict Resolution
  • Client Communication
  • SOPs for CSR’s

  • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

  • Day Shift (Preferred)
