Veterinary Client Service Representative- Part Time/Full Time

Job Summary

We have an opening for a Part Time (20-25 hours/week) and/or Full Time (40 hours/week) Client Service Team Member. The individual should be outgoing and cheerful, with at least one year experience serving people, preferably within a veterinary hospital. If you have a positive, results oriented attitude, are detail focused (you will be working with medical records), and have a sincere interest in providing clients top notch service, please apply. The hours will include day, evening and Saturday shifts. Responsibilities include: answering multi-line telephones, greeting clients, data entry, cashier duties, and filing. Compensation will be determined by experience and typically falls between the range of $12-$14 per hour. Both part time and full time positions are available. Responsibilities and Duties

Making clients feel welcome and providing them with excellent service. Smiling, greeting, and accurately helping clients through the details of their appointment. Responding to client needs on the phone, scheduling appointments, taking information for the doctor. Accurately creating medical record entries. Invoicing medical transactions and collecting monies for services provided.

Qualifications and Skills

Outgoing personality. Happy disposition. Detail focus throughout the day's shift. Accurate data entry skills. Computer fluency. Quick study on new software programs. Desirous of a fast paced work environment. Willing to play together nicely in a workplace that can become stressful when client's need quick service.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
