A veterinary assistant supports technicians and veterinarians in exams, treatment, and surgery. The assistant executes a variety of activities such as taking vital signs and weight; administering medications, vaccines, and fluids; collecting samples and running diagnostic tests; assisting with animal restraint; hygiene services; client education; housekeeping; and more.

Necessary skills include: attention to detail, customer etiquette, able to lift 40-50 lbs, computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
