Job Description

The Vendor Risk Systems Analyst is the primary system support for the bank’s Third Party Management System, Coupa; maintaining and facilitating the dataset accuracy with the utmost integrity via a variety of daily, ongoing, annual, and ad hoc tasks; executing on technology roadmaps while looking at ways to optimize applications and processes. Position will partner with Vendor Risk Consults in the Vendor Management Office and work closely with Business Continuity, Information Security, Compliance, Fraud, Financial Crimes, Market Risk and IT professionals.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You are the primary system support for the bank’s Third Party Management System, Coupa and will maintain and facilitate dataset accuracy.
  • You will execute on technology roadmaps while looking at ways to optimize applications and processes.
  • You will define, maintain, and perform application configuration and maintain application documentation. You will also write business and functional requirements for simple to complex projects.
  • You will partner with Vendor Risk Consults in the Vendor Management Office and work closely with Business Continuity, Information Security, Compliance, Fraud, Financial Crimes, Market Risk, IT professionals, and other internal lines of business.
  • You will develop procedures and create simple to complex reports from database. You will use advanced Excel and/or Power BI skills to configure data for better consumption.
  • You will use your advanced SharePoint skills for system management and configuration.
Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Technology or related field of study and 3-5 years of directly related experience in MIS or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong data analytics skills with proven ability to provide the best information based on solicitation of requirements.
  • Advanced experience with Coupa Risk Assess administration, JavaScript, SQL, HTML and advanced reporting and analytic skills (Excel macros, pivot tables, Vlookups/Power BI), with the ability to troubleshoot and create detailed documentation a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and diagnose and resolve system issues.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with teams across departments to achieve common goals and lead projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to focus on the desired deliverables, while meeting and exceeding your goals.
  • Excellent problem solving skills; tracking and solving complex problems in a variety of situations and functioning effectively in rapidly changing or uncertain conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
