AppraiserVendor, a leading provider of national appraisal and valuation management solutions delivering products and services of quality and integrity to the residential mortgage lending industry, is seeking qualified individuals to fill the position of Vendor Relations Liaison for our Greenwood, IN office.
Job Description:
As a Vendor Relations Liaison, our team members are responsible for the appraisal assignment process, ensuring all appraisals are assigned and accepted in a timely manner and in compliance with customer service level agreements and standards based on past appraiser performance. Vendor Relations Liaison monitors the appraiser panel, which includes onboarding of new appraisers who meet state and federal requirements, ensuring appraisers are in good standing and competent in the market in which they serve, and off-boarding of those who don’t meet standards.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and select competent appraisers based on historical data to complete assignments for clients.
- Identify markets to recruit appraisers.
- Ensure quality appraisal products are delivered in a timely manner to the client.
- Investigate, research, and resolve client questions and concerns regarding vendor selection, competency, and experience.
- Monitor appraiser performance.
- Provide core market of appraisers’ feedback on performance in comparison to market standards.
- Monitor disciplinary action report and identify those eligible for removal.
Qualifications:
- Full Time Position – 40 hours/week, looking to fill 11 – 8 pm shift (company hours are 7 am-8 pm, Monday – Friday).
- Prior experience in the Appraisal or other related Real Estate field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service capacity or setting.
- Prior experience in appraisal assignment with USPAP certification preferred.
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude a MUST.
