Vendor Analyst

We are currently searching for a Vendor Analyst to work at the Corporate office located in Memphis, TN.

General Purpose of the Position:

This position is assigned responsibilities for setting up and monitoring vendors in multiple software. This includes updating vendor information and maintaining documentation. A good understanding of how accounts payables processes work and fast and accurate data entry is a key element for this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor credentialing software to ensure vendors met company’s vendor requirements.
• Prepare and retrieve documents such as credit applications and IRS form W-9 for managed properties.
• Process and file 1099s and 1096s annually according to IRS regulations.
• Provider of training and support for vendor management program.
• Gather, analyze and report vendor metrics to key stakeholders within company.
• Organize and maintain vendor records.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• 3 years of related experience preferred
