Vegan Sushi Chef Assistant

- Be able to follow instruction in order to maintain food quality and consistency

- Prepare deep-fried items

- Food prep (vegetables, rice, sauces, etc)

- Refill sushi bar

- Assist sushi chefs

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Clean up after dinner shifts (vacuum, mop, sanitize/scrub surfaces, dishes, etc)

This position has future potential to learn and train for the sushi chef position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
