This is a temporary position. In conjunction with other team members administer vaccines within legal and professional standards. Responsible for coordination of care and coordinating necessary for an efficient and safe immunization program including responsibilities such as, but not limited to: • Administer vaccinations • Communicate and collaborate with interprofessional teams regarding patient care • Monitor, respond, and report changes in patient condition • Educate patients about disease prevention and health promotion with evidence-based information about the vaccine including potential side effects and dosing schedule • Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide patients with evidence-based information about vaccine safety, potential side effects, and the importance of immunization.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Licensure as a registered pharmacist by North Dakota state Board of Pharmacy or ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy student who has completed year 2 of professional pharmacy education program. Completion of approved immunization program by North Dakota state Board of Pharmacy
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 months from date of hire.
