As a UX Designer for CGS, you ensure the creation and implementation of customized experiences for the digital user. You will ensure that websites, software programs, and products are easy to use. You will provide guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior. Job Duties
- Identify solutions to customer-problems based on validated insights from User Research team
- Experiment to validate ideas using best practice methods
- Create final deliverables based on validated hypothesis and deliver to Engineering partners
- Utilize effective Design patterns and usage
- Share the process of validating ideas based on experimentation with partners and peers
- Educate and lead peers and stakeholders on behalf of voice of customer
- Gather and validate ideas and solutions from customers and cross-functional peers
- Take insights and build accurate problem statements
- Validate via rapid experimentation of prototypes and quantifying high value hypothesis
- Apply and maintain design patterns to ensure consistency across products and platforms
- Deliver validated solutions to engineers and ensure quality final customer-facing product
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field- 5+ years of Lean UX Methods
- 5+ years of eCommerce and/or finance industry experience
- 5+ years of experience with Sketch
- 5+ years of experience in Rapid Prototyping
- 5+ years of experience with design systems
