Working collaboratively and efficiently with the nursing staff and other teams, you will schedule consults and follow-up with members to ensure they are prepared for and understand the consultation process. In addition to scheduling consults you will assist with outgoing referrals, health fair and webinar outreach and texting campaigns. A day in the life.

- Request availability from the 2nd.MD specialist to schedule consults
- Communicate with members throughout the scheduling process to ensure consults are completed in a timely fashion - Via email, phone, & text
- Accurately input necessary member information into Admin
- Meet team/personal qualitative and quantitative targets
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical setting
- Scheduling experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- The ability to navigate through multiple technology platforms
- A high level of professionalism and customer service skills
- The ability to prioritize and perform multiple high priority tasks concurrently with minimal direction
