PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As an Environmental Services Utility, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations
- Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas
- Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment
- Contains and cleans biohazardous materials
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to work safely, including understanding and following company safety policies and procedures, completing work in a safe manner, caring about safety of self and others, responding appropriately in an emergency, and reporting unsafe conditions; this also includes being aware of unsafe conditions such as spills, wet areas, debris, and addressing quickly and efficiently
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
- Effective listening abilities
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- No minimum requirements
PREFERRED:
- Experience with professional cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of various floor surfaces and the processes
- Experience in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment
- Valid Nevada state driver’s license
