The US Consumer Digital Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A) Manager, Workforce Management is a senior management-level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of overall administrative activities for the business. The BP&A Manager coordinates and manages activities such as the tracking of business headcount financials, managing the department's resource strategy and other administrative needs and ad hoc projects, as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams
- Manage financial control by applying a comprehensive understanding of the department Profit & Loss (P&L), including workforce management, headcount forecasting and planning, appropriate accruals, partner allocations and fixed price contracts in order to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Provide oversight on all contractor extensions, terminations and approvals. Manage end to end all contractor initiatives and cross domain impacting contractor agreements.
- Business project manager for the implementation of new systems and/or process improvements to generate efficiency and productivity in workforce management.
- Maintain, coordinate and communicate US Consumer Digital's site strategy to include managing Return to Work initiatives, business real estate coordinator and reporting for the department.
- Primary contact with Recruiter, Human Resources Analyst (HRA) and Human Resources Generalist (HRG). Provide thought leadership around sourcing and recruiting to increase funnel of diverse talent.
- Work with US Consumer Digital leadership to support the recruitment and hiring strategy as well as the communication of the strategy for the department.
- Oversee US Consumer Digital's Campus Recruitment program by participating in GCB campus recruiting program steering committee and facilitating match of analysts and MA's to USCD opportunities.
- People Manager with 1 direct report.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in financial services
- Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, including Profit & Loss (P&L), accruals, partner allocations and fixed price contracts
- Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
