US Open Guest Access Team Member (Seasonal)

We are seeking a Guest Access Control Team Member who will play a crucial part in creating our 2021 US OPEN team!Responsibilities:

• Monitoring entrances and exits within specific locations
• Screening guests as they enter facility
• Providing guest assistance
• Maintaining communication with US Open Command Center

Qualifications:

• Ability to interact with a diverse group of guests with the highest level of customer service
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
• Availability to work for the entire duration of the US Open tournament (August 31st – September 13th)
• Availability to work days, nights & weekends
• Thorough knowledge of written and spoken English
• Able to remain calm in a focused and fast paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and may require walking up / down stairs
