Job Title: Upholsterer Bed Trimmer

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Production Pay

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 1st shift & Friday 1/2 day

Overtime may be required beyond the posted work schedule and may vary on a weekly basis

• Upholsterer Bed Builder assembles upholstered bed parts to complete bed using air powered tools and hand tools
• Aligning parts / fabric to ensure proper assembly and quality levels
• Building footboards and headboards
• Assemble all moving parts for product

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Upholsterer Bed Assembly experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• LEAN Manufacturing experience a plus
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to deliver uncompromising quality and detailed craftsmanship
• Ability to work full-time
• Must be flexible to work overtime when required
• Able to stand for 8 hours
• Able to use hand tools/air tools/staple gun for 8 hours
• All other duties as assigned
