Job Description

The Unit Coordinator provides administrative support to the clinical staff. Key duties include: answering phones, greeting visitors, opening mail, filing, running reports, census reporting, customer service, and additional responsibilities/projects as determined by supervisor. The Unit Coordinator serves as a communications liaison between the unit and other departments. This position is located in the clinical unit of the hospital and involves patient contact.

Location: Devens, MA
Schedule: Full-time 32 hours per week 7-3:30 (every other weekend required)
Shift: Day

Qualifications:
High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred. Previous office experience within a medical setting preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills preferred. Must have excellent communication skills.
