Overview of position: At Scaled Agile we are building a new unified platform taking SAFe engagement to the next level. This unified platform brings together the way people access the knowledge-base of the framework, the Learning and Professional Growth for SAFe professionals in their role, the practice and collaboration needed in SAFe events, and the knowledge and expertise exchange where SAFe experts share their tools with the community.

What you’ll be doing: As Product Manager of the unified platform you will be working with designers, developers, product owners, and of course customers to define features for the platform. You will be defining the functional and non-functional requirements, working with the rest of the team to prioritize the work, and with the development team to support the implementation process.

Skills and experience important for the role: You must possess a solid background in Product Management of SaaS products in an Agile company. Knowing how to work with customers and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and showcase results.

You'll need to be dynamic, fast-working, and absolutely reliable, capable of working with time-boxed. Good communication skills, attention to detail, patience, and a sense of humor are essential.

Skills

• Managing SaaS subscription products
• Using Design Thinking to understand customer’s problems and evaluate solutions
• Work effectively with software development teams
• Experience with Agile processes. Experience with SAFe a plus
• Understand the non-functional aspects of modern platform
• Experience working with UX to design exciting experiences
