ATTENTION ALASKA RESIDENTS!The Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Division of Employment and Training Services, is recruiting for an Unemployment Insurance Technician 1 located in Juneau!The position is in the General Government Unit (GGU) at a range 14.
What you will be doing:
Unemployment Insurance (UI) Technicians perform a spectrum of assignments necessary for the delivery and support of federal and state UI programs and services that assist a diverse population applying for UI benefits. These position's will primarily assist clients in establishing a method of payment for UI benefits, disburse daily UI benefits to client accounts, process KeyBank cards, processing child support withhold orders, and quarterly reimbursable billing.
