The Developer will join our Technology Services Solutions team and assist with developing, creating, and testing new software features. In addition to this you will also be tasked with developing, creating, and testing new software features. We are searching for developers who are willing to learn and implement cutting edge software for solutions that include mobile app development, Connected Vehicle applications, websites, and REST services development. This position will use HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, MVC framework, and may include REST Services, and Entity Framework. This is a full-time, benefited position that will allow you to contribute to a dynamic environmental engineering firm that helps improve your community while expanding your career opportunities.LocationThis position with have the option to be based in either Laramie, WY or Fort Collins, CO. - Have a B.S. in Computer Science or related field
- Have experience with creating wireframes, mockups, and user flows
- Have experience developing in object-oriented programming languages
- Have a strong understanding and knowledge of user interface and user experience best practices
- Possess strong technical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, accuracy and completeness, and a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables
- Are a strong communicator, both orally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, agencies, and team members
- Understand the importance of time management and possess excellent organization skills
