Our UX/UI Designer will work with stakeholders, product management, engineering and other designers to understand problems and enhance a participant’s experience on the Vibrent Research Platform. Successful candidates will have compelling work examples across digital products and platforms, apps, and websites.
This role is full-time and reports to the Design Manager. Please note this role is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Create process flows, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and mockups to effectively communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
- Synthesize user research findings and translate them into detailed designs.
- Responsible for developing intuitive and user friendly designs, wireframes, and technical interfaces to bring solutions to life.
- Drive the communication and development of design guidelines and patterns, with focus on providing a consistent and intuitive experience across the product.
- Experienced at driving a user experience from start-to-finish that delivers “best in class” results.
- Provide design leadership to technical teams by fostering a shared understanding of the customer-centric intersection between design, business and technology through on-going design reviews.
- Responsible for leading and creating visual solutions for web, mobile, and tablet devices embracing “User Centered Design” principles and methodologies.
- Experience working with developers, PMs and technical writers
- Experience creating product prototypes and user testing
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in a UX/UI or Interaction Design role.
- Experience designing native iOS and Android applications.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Design or other relevant design work experience.
- Familiar with Agile and Scrum processes.
- Experience with requirements intake and management.
- Familiar with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasker with ability to manage multiple ongoing initiatives.
- Experience with standard design tools: Sketch, Adobe xD, Figma, etc.
- Familiarity with Design Systems, Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design.
