Overview
The UI/UX Designer empowers our team to deliver intuitive, functional, and beautiful interfaces to our users. We have built a world-class platform to transform the manufacturing industry while helping individuals earn advanced skills and good pay, and now we seek a passionate, curious, collaborative UI/UX designer to help us improve the face of this platform. With the assistance of this designer, we will prepare our platform to add even more businesses and users as we spread across the nation.
Working with the tech and strategy teams, you will help us rethink the layout and designs of our existing applications and build out new features. Your input will affect all aspects of Veryable, from applications to external communications.

Responsibilities
- Design innovative, intuitive, and responsive interfaces for Mobile and Web apps.
- Edit and/or design the logos for Veryable brands and Businesses on our platform.
- Translate the feature requirements into wireframes and prototypes.
- Collaborate with Engineers on the Application flow and build the working prototype for the feature.
- Drive the design review cycle and incorporate feedback to deliver the final designs.
- Own the style guide for all Veryable products and ensure brand unification across the platform.
- Work closely with the other teams to generate the digital content for social media and user communication.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in Android, iOS, and web technologies in order to create modern interfaces.
- Recommend design improvements and optimizations through the evaluation of existing products, competitive offerings, and industry trends.

Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time industry experience as a UI/UX designer.
- Hands-on experience with Sketch/Figma, Invision, Photoshop, and other designing tools.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to collaborate with other team members.
- Strong portfolio with well-articulated examples of visual and interactive design.
- Passion for pixel-perfect designs.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Able to work in-office at our headquarters in Downtown Dallas.
Preferred Experience
- Experience designing mobile responsive Web applications.
- Experience designing Android and iOS platform-specific designs.
- Knowledge of Google Material Design guidelines.
- Understanding of Web and Mobile software development eco-system.
