Teacher and Tutor
Tutor / Teacher
Chan Tutoring Center is a tutoring center for K-8 Graders. We are looking to hire an experienced tutors or teachers to teach in person 1-on-1 students from K-6th grade.

Qualifications:

- teaching experience is preferred

- Teacher Certifications are a plus!

- must be able to carry a professional teaching attitude for controlling students.

Responsibilities:

- able to teach common core materials, particularly in Reading, Math, and Writing

- checking and correcting all student works

- assisting any students needs during class time

- daily communication with center director.

Hours:

-Flexible from Monday to Sunday

- Hours vary for tutor positions

- Salary is commensurate with experience and negotiable.

- in person teaching location is on 18th Ave between 60th and 61st street.
