$2000.00 sign-on bonus

Starting wages range from $19.08-$19.88 per hour. We offer paid time off, scheduled pay raises every six months, a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and matching 401k.

Shifts available:

2nd shift: 4:48 PM – 3:18 AM - Monday through Thursday

Summary of duties:

• Sets up and operates level-wound tubing machine in accordance with outlined methods and procedures including sizing and related tube preparation to properly fabricate tubing parts
• Makes adjustments on machine as required
• Follows all safety rules and instructions, maintain 5S standards of the work area, and performs other functions on and off the production line as required.
• Reads and interprets various blueprints, wiring diagrams, test procedures, oral instructions, and/or established procedures and bills of material. Attaches various parts to incomplete assemblies or sub-assemblies using a variety of fixtures, hand and power tools, stand-alone bench press, wire strippers, and material handling equipment.
• Disassembles a range of finished products, recommends the need for minor overhaul or limited parts replacement, and reassembles.
• Performs duties and functions in the assembly, installation, and wiring of electrical and mechanical controls.

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus Terms:

• Daikin Applied is growing and is now offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus to new hires.
• Bonuses are applicable to all union roles and shifts.
• Bonus payouts will occur in 3 installments - $500 after 90 days of employment, $500 after 180 Days of employment, and $1,000 after 1 year of employment.
• The relevant portion of the sign-on bonus is payable on the pay date following the end of the appropriate period.
• To be eligible, you must be employed at time of payment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand written English.
