Who are we looking for?

• Someone who shows expertise in their field and can teach it to students of all ages.

• Excellent communication skills and rapport building with students

• Ability to make the lessons personalized and relevant to our students.

• For Elementary Math and English, teacher certification is required.

• Teachers who can teach these levels:

• Elementary Math - certified teacher

• Elementary English - certified teacher

• Coding - python, scratch, or MIT app builder for elementary age

• Drawing - elementary age

• Chess - elementary age

• High school and middle school Math

• High school and middle school English

What would make you stand out from the crowd?

• A bachelor’s degree related to the subject matter is required for these courses with the exception of chess.

• Previous teaching experience - at least 2 years teaching

• US work authorization is required. We cannot do sponsorships.

• Ability to teach multiple subjects is preferred but not required.

What do we provide to you?

• Flexibility in scheduling

• Guaranteed 20 hours per week

• Starting pay is 15 per hour but can go up to 18 per hour

• For English, Math, Drawing, and Coding, lesson plans are provided so minimal prep work is needed. Chess teachers will have guidelines but are free to create their own chess lessons for our classes

• We have multiple bonuses available on top of our standard salary for different things such as attendance and students signing up for a contract with our team. These bonuses range anywhere from $5 to $400 with us constantly looking at different opportunities to add more!
