Job Description

We are a pediatric and ortho office looking for a couple Treatment Coordinators/Ortho coordinators. We are looking for a "people person" with a warm and friendly personality. Must LOVE kids of course! We need someone who is an efficient multi-tasker with professional customer service skills. This position requires someone who is reliable, dedicated and detailed oriented. This position has growth potential for the right individual.


The job title includes some receptionist/ scheduler duties.


Some responsibilities:


  • Treatment plans
  • Ortho treatment plans
  • Insurance breakdowns
  • Patient check out
  • Scheduling
  • Answering phones

The perfect candidate must have dental treatment plan experience, bi-lingual (Spanish), insurance knowledge with PPO, great customer service and a team player attitude. We are open Monday - Friday 8:30 to 5:30. We offer medical and vision insurance, 401K, scrubs and PTO once you are eligible.
