Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our staff as a Treasury Management Analyst. The incumbent of this position will support the sales, implementation, training and ongoing customer support for Pegasus Bank’s Treasury Management (TM) products and services. ?Essential responsibilities are as follows:

  • Assist TM Officers as they sell TM products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Create pricing proposals.
  • Execute TM Agreement and necessary Exhibits and any other documentation and send out for signature/eSign.
  • Set up new TM customers and provide thorough training.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with TM customers.
  • Assist clients with adding new products or services, ACH and wire limit increases, setting up new users, solving log-in issues, password resets, etc.
  • Communicate with customers regarding upgrades or updates to platforms/products.
  • Prepare documentation for and conduct annual relationship reviews with TM clients. These include annual risk assessments and audits for customers that use services such as ACH Origination and/or RDC.
  • Resolve customers’ questions or issues in a timely fashion:
  • Manage/participate in projects as needed.
  • Assist in training of new members of the Pegasus Bank TM team, and other new staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years’ related experience preferred (salary will be commensurate with the applicant's experience)
  • Excellent customer service skills, including written and oral communication skills
  • Capable of researching and problem-solving customer inquiries/requests
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Must pass a background check including a credit check.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CT

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
