Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or in a FinTech role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with forms of payments, payment networks, credit card processing, banking infrastructure to support billing, collections, and disbursements.
- Experience in a global process ownership function (i.e., defining and documenting business requirements and processes with teams inside and outside Finance).
- Ability to lead in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and manage complex operational initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with an ability to construct conversations to influence outcomes on complex issues.
- Effective business partnering skills and excellent judgement.

The New Business Implementation team within Treasury has been formed to facilitate global product launches. Our mission is to leverage existing reliable and scalable banking infrastructures and payment networks to offer excellent product features and enable product success. In this role, you'll analyze and address complex banking limitations and requirements from a Treasury perspective. You'll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to create innovative solutions and unique experiences for our users.

Responsibilities- Support the development of business requirements for product launches and other projects by designing legal entities, architecting banking structures, and identifying the supporting banking technology to optimally meet business needs, reduce Treasury risk and increase efficiency.
- Develop an understanding of the latest innovations in the payments ecosystem and how they can be applied to Google’s business objectives.
- Develop plans to respond to exogenous factors and global macro events that impact our banking and payments ecosystem.
- Anticipate evolving payments landscape and emerging regulations that could impact Google’s billing system and proactively facilitate bank support required from Payments Product Managers and Billing Engineers.
- Help manage operational initiatives with a strategic orientation while continuously improving the overall product intake process on behalf of Treasury.
