SeniorWell is currently looking to hire a Treasury Analyst.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or other relevant degree. Graduate degree in one of the aforementioned disciplines and/or CPA preferred. Two to five years medical group practice or healthcare finance experience as a financial analyst or similar role. Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a dynamic team environment, and ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects as required. QuickBooks experience preferred.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reports to Head of Finance
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Assisting with the migration to a new accounting software
  • Monitor expense reimbursements and vendor pricing for appropriateness
  • Manages the company’s commercial banking structure including bank account set up and online banking administration & accesses
  • Reports on daily deposits each morning
  • Responsible for daily monitoring of 50+ bank accounts and processing funds transfers as necessary between accounts both intra- & inter-company
  • Provides Cash In/Out updates to assist in maintaining the accuracy of the Cash Forecast file
  • Manages the various disbursement processes for payments being issued to vendors, associates, and other payees involving all forms of payment – cash, checks, credit card, wires, ACH
  • Involved in the annual Indiana Business Tangible Personal Property Return filings and related payments, maintaining updates on property location information to ensure accurate and timely filing and payments to applicable county jurisdictions
  • Partner with third-party accounting firm to oversee Accounts Payable and ensuring all invoices are paid accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Interact and manage relationships with outside audit firms, banks, casualty and liability insurers, credit card processors and vendors
  • Coordinates financial audit and tax filing activity
  • Establishes and maintains internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets
  • Complete other duties, projects or special assignments that arise
  • Maintain necessary paperwork, files and logs in an appropriate fashion
  • Provide the supervisor with timely reports on month end and other reporting requirements as requested
