Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven organizational, time management, and detail-oriented.

- Problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, energetic and enthusiastic. Must be proactive.

- Experiences in customer service and sales experience with High School Diploma, GED, or Bachelor's Degree in Business.

- Tours, Travel, cruise, and Group sale-related experience is preferred.

- At least two years of experience in booking hotels, flights, and cruises.

- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.

- Proven ability to achieve/exceed sales goals.

- Be able to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong in computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft, Word, Excel, email and Internet software etc.
- Must type at least 45+ words per minute (Will be tested).

- Must have at least two years of general clerical work, administration skills, data entry, and filling experience in an office environment.

- Fast and accurate data entry skills.

-Must be able to create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel for various reporting, preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

- Ability to work under stress, work flexible schedules, and be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

- Must be able to manage high call volume with no more than three rings in multiple-phone lines system in a professional, friendly, and fast timely manner.

- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

- Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must pass a criminal background check.

RESPONSIBILITY:

You will perform duties that include but are not limited to answering incoming customer calls to provide customers with company service available, sales, booking reservations, check-in customers, handling customer relations, and solving customer complaints.

  • Respond to customer phone inquiries, emails, and correspondences.
  • Perform all phases of Travel Agency sales, quotations, and booking for casino group sale activities and arrange tour packages for local and interstate.
  • Ensure all sale contracts and paperwork are completed and returned accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconfirmation of all bookings prior to departure.
  • Provide customer service after the service and visit customers to increase sales.
  • Maintain good long-term relationships with group and customers, and suppliers
  • Promote positive relationships with vendors and distributors.
  • You will maximize profitability through excellent customer service, driving sales, and achieving business objectives.
  • Assist in sale promotions implementing sales strategies plans, and generating sale opportunities.
  • Arrange, Book, Cancel and confirm hotel and flights reservations for our employees.
  • Be proactive in identifying and training the CSR team, providing ongoing coaching, and ensuring all associates understand company policy and procedure.
  • You will monitor Customer Service Staff to ensure guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition, as well as respond appropriately to guest complaints.
  • Assist office administration as needed—other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
