Transportation Assistant

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver finished product, equipment and supplies to all Dining locations and catering function locations, in good condition and following a set schedule in a timely fashion:
Duties include, but not limited to:

• Load and unload cargo at each location, assist with setup and breakdown.
• Assist in the catering stock room, including labeling, storing, pulling stock and equipment
• Assist supervisor with routine preventative maintenance, inspection, keep proper records of maintenance and fueling of all vehicles.
• Comply with all Department of Transportation and State requirements for operators of motor vehicles.
