The ECMS Operations team is focused on ensuring cash is available to our customers in ATMs and Vaults across the country. The team manages cash beginning at the top, analyzing needs and ordering cash directly from the Federal Reserve. From there the team assesses the cash needed by our vendor partners to service Chase ATMs and acquires the funds, then coordinating distribution of those funds to over 5,000 machines across the country. As customers change the way they bank the ATM has become a one stop shop for customer needs, so the team also manages a heavy deposit volume. The team serves several functions including cash logistics, complex scheduling, logical forecasting, project support and vendor relations.
This position generally aligns to the ordering, shipment and management of cash between vaults, clients and the Federal Reserve. This position requires the individual assess available information around cash on hand as compared to cash needs and arrange for necessary funds to be delivered to various vault locations. This person will complete ordering and facilitate cash movement in a fast paced environment. This position will focus on ensuring cash is delivered in a 'right on time' fashion and that costs are minimized.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Cash Vault experience preferred
- Calculating cash needs of Vaults, commercial clients, etc.
- Placing orders with the Federal Reserve
- Will be working with high dollar transactions and significant cash volume
- Working directly with the Federal Reserve to ensure proper movement of cash and problem solving where funds are not available
- Responding to requests coming in via email, SharePoint, etc. and ensuring the best outcome for our internal partners
- Interfacing with ~100 vault locations to understand needs and transportation schedules
- Constant analysis of current liabilities, followed by pushing plans forward to limit cash exposure in the environment
- Provide backup coverage for various needs in the ATM Cash Management and Bulk Cash Management positions
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Ability to quickly solve urgent and timely issues
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures and update process documentation
- Ability to accept and implement changes quickly, and encourage other team members to embrace process improvements
- Strong addition and subtraction skills
- Computer proficiency and strong data entry skills
- Good judgement - when to resolve, when to escalate
- Attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills reqiured
- SharePoint experience preferred
- High school degree required
