Job Description

Leading, luxury real estate broker in Central Denver is seeking a real estate Transaction Coordinator to ensure each transaction is a seamless process from the procurement of new clients through the real estate transaction and beyond via relationship management.

Job Specific Requirements

  • Prior real estate transaction experience is a must - minimum of three (3) years experience
  • Forward-thinking, results driven attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in priority, attention to detail and time management are essential
  • Strong work ethic to handle multiple requests with exceptional follow through
  • Working understanding of transaction management service
  • Experience with local multiple listing service(s) and contract writing programs
  • Demonstrate desire to proactively help and serve agents and meet the needs of the brokerage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • InDesign and Photoshop experience is a plus
  • Good understanding of Outlook, Apple products and use of CRM software

Job Responsibilities Include

  • Assist broker with pre-listing tasks
  • Coordinate media and listing/buyer requests
  • Enter and maintain listings throughout a suite of internet-based sites
  • Coordinate to create and print all property specific marketing materials
  • Assist broker in all aspects of contract management
  • Actively monitor and take ownership of contractual dates and take steps necessary to adhere to contractual obligations
  • Effectively coordinate with outside vendors
  • Monitor, review and facilitate the communication of title, survey and loan details within a real estate transaction
  • Complete pre-closing and post-closing tasks, including CRM management
  • Assist broker with additional support requests as needed
  • Maintain a professional, organized and clean work environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range dependent upon experience
  • In addition to base pay, broker provides employees with the opportunity to select coverage under a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short term and long-term disability, 401(k) and other plans.
  • Full-Time employees are eligible for PTO in accordance to our Paid Time Off Policy.
  • Hours are 8:00AM- 5:00PM, Monday-Friday with minimal, if any, work on the weekends

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
