Job Description
The sales lead generation office for Renewal by Andersen, is looking for an Inside Sales Training Manager. The Inside Sales Training Manager will be required to train & develop all new Inside Sales Representatives during their initial training, while continuing ongoing training within their first few months. They will also be responsible for the growth and development of the Inside Sales Assistant Training Managers, ensuring that all training procedures are aligned. The inside Sales Training Manager will also oversee, manage and implement any changes to the training curriculum. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

- Interview and hire new Inside Sales Representatives when necessary.
- Train, lead, develop, mentor all new inside sales representatives during training, providing real-time feedback .
- Ensure that each new teammate is learning the scripting and preferred methodology within the appropriate time frame of their initial training period.
- Ensure all trained telephone conversations are delivered by the system.
- Ensure all new teammates are trained on the adherence to all ISC policy/guidelines/team & customer interactions.
- Attend department & coach’s meetings to discuss the previous week, period, YTD results, performance and the reasons for it (fact-based and judgment-free). Provide any feedback regarding current new trainees.
- Coach Inside Sales Reps (ISRs) hands-on and in the moment by proving assistance in productive appointment setting.
- Demonstrate the methodology live at any time during training.
- Ability to identify where more or less focus is needed and adjust classroom dynamics accordingly.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of management experience
- Previous call center coach or supervisor in an Inside Sales Center
- A proven track record of closing sales.
- A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
- A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task.
