The primary responsibility of this management role will be to ensure our historic first location is running at the highest level of standards, protecting the learning experience for trainees at every level in the organization, and delivering on our Core Values. The restaurant is the company’s flagship location where all company tests are piloted, video/photography shoots take place, and it serves as the platform for hosting tours and various VIP guests.
This in-restaurant, working management role will include coach and lead the restaurant’s employees to achieve success in all areas of the restaurant, executing operational tests, and owning the training experience of both company employees and new Franchise owners.
The ideal candidate will have restaurant management experience in either quick service or casual dining and must have his/her TABC license; the ability to multi-task, prioritize and delegate is paramount. Experience in community marketing and sales building is a must. Multi-unit experience is a plus but is not required. Working nights and weekends is a necessity of this role.
Job Requirements include, but are not limited, to:
  • Enforce overall quality and brand standards at all times.
  • Source, hire and train team members to best represent the brand.
  • Train, develop and support employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure guests in our restaurant are treated like valued members of our family at all times.
  • Drive sales and profitability through direct management of the team and compliance to standards.
  • Launch, train and execute product and process tests to the highest of standards while providing the necessary feedback to ensure the final product is first-in-class.
  • Interpret information from reporting systems; identify missed opportunities and develop actionable tactics to achieve increased results.
  • Increase year over year sales.
  • Decrease costs (i.e. labor, COGs, R&M) while still achieving the highest level of store success.
  • Maintain compliance in safe food handling and responsible alcohol service procedures.
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly KPI metrics.
  • Pursue new catering and sales opportunities (in store/community marketing) by utilizing marketing brand standards and initiatives.
  • Participate in food and beverage showings.
  • Work cohesively with training team to train new employees and franchise owners to the highest level of standards.
  • Partner with the production team to ensure full readiness for all shoots.
  • Contribute to research and development (R&D) initiatives.
  • Provide feedback on products and processes in a respectful and professional manner.
