Job Description

Elsevier is seeking a Digital Marketing Traffic Coordinator. In this role you will support the Global Digital Marketing Operations team to ensure on-time execution of digital marketing campaigns (email, paid search, social, webinar etc.) ,through management of the day to day scheduling of project and task assignments among the digital operations team, internal stakeholders and vendors.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

  • Scheduling day to day workflow task assignments for internal associates to ensure on time execution of digital campaigns
  • Monitor potential contact governance conflicts
  • Track and manage creative assets
  • Manage relationships with contracted creatives, outside vendors and internal teams
  • Train stakeholders on tools utilized (Monday.com and W/O solution)
  • Communicate timelines and enforce SLA’s

Webinar Hosting

  • Manage Webinars for audiences of up to 10k, including scheduling, hosting & technical support
  • Creation of registration pages and reporting results of each session
  • Training panelists and leading rehearsals as well as managing communications among internal and external stakeholders
  • Recording, editing, and distributing broadcasts to relevant parties

Direct Mail Delivery

  • Development of printing schedule,
  • Coordinate timely delivery of segment lists and creative assets
  • Manage vendor relationship
  • Track postal budget

Purchase Order Processing

  • Utilize Oracle for processing of purchase orders and payment of invoices

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills:

  • Must be extremely organized, detail oriented; work efficiently to manage large project volumes with tight deadlines
  • Exceptional ability to disseminate and communicate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; and have ability to handle pressure
  • Coordinate with all team members and effectively convey project requirements
  • Experience using Project Management Software (Basecamp, Monday.com)
  • Experience with MS Office

Education: A bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or other related discipline is necessary.

Experience: 1-2 years relevant experience
