Job Description
Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Deal Capture: enforce controls designed to make sure that executed trades are booked promptly and accurately

  • Trade Input/Modifications/Cancellations

  • TriParty deal allocations

  • Corporate Action monitoring/booking

  • Ensure consistency of process with global TSU counterparts

  • Resolve Front Office vs. Back Office Trade Breaks

  • Keep all procedure manuals current and up to date

  • Respond to requests for Audit and Inspection teams

  • Responsible for correct static data maintenance

  • Liaison between Front Office, Back Office, Product Control Group, and Technology teams globally

  • Test system upgrades/enhancements

  • Ad Hoc assisting of the traders and salespersons

  • Monitoring of the STP processes so that all trades flow to BO systems promptly

  • Liaise with Back Office to investigate and resolve fails, DK’s and breaks

Profile required

Experience Needed:

Minimum 1-3 years experience in Fixed Income Repo

Knowledge of:

- TriParty Repo

  • Bi-lateral Repo trade lifecycle and settlement
  • BONY AccessEdge
  • FED, DTC, Euroclear settlement
  • GSCC/FICC netting
  • Equilend
