Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in all duties of turf track maintenance
- Keep tools and equipment clean and properly maintained
- Be prompt and ready to work when shift begins
- Furnish proper work related clothing and items necessary for work in inclement weather
- Grooming and maintenance of one of the industry's highest rated racing surfaces, during training and live racing
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment required to put on a first class show
- Maintaining the look and functionality of a state of the art horse stabling and track facility
- Event set up/take down
- Be willing to accept job assignments which may fall outside of normal job description.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Previous experience in an agricultural setting
- Experience operating tractors, trucks, skid steers is a must
- Ability to work various shifts, weekend work required
- Good communication skills
- Must be a good team player
- Must be able to handle frequent heavy lifting
- Current valid Driver's License
- Must be at least 18 years old

Education, Licenses, Certifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical school or formal apprenticeship may be required.
