Role Value Proposition:

Provides exemplary customer service by managing total absence claims in a timely and accurate fashion.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage the activities of claims appeals professionals, act as project lead, conduct quality reviews. Accountable for overall data accuracy and documentation and tracks data and analyzes and reports information via established claims metrics report on standard and customized level. Accountable for block of case managers covering large number of open active claims. Works with cross-functional claims management teams in the planning, enhancement, and implementation of work flow processes and claims administration, collaborates with organizational partners to ensure optimal delivery of services to internal and external customers.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Understanding of the impact of group disability in regard to leaves. Proficient customer focus and management. Extensive knowledge of multiple systems and technology resources.

Required:

  • 3+ years of Federal FMLA/Absence Management experience or MA PFML
