OVERVIEW

The customer experience is very important to us - they're why we keep doing what we're doing. At Goode Company the Togo Server is key to making that happen. You understand the fine balance of service and help provide exceptional service to our customers in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner. The Togo Server will delivery memorable Texas sized dining experience to our guest. Our Togo Servers always has an upbeat energy, hospitality driven, and attention to detail. The Togo Server will provide a consistent quality guest experience. Our Togo Servers are polite and friendly to guests, and co-workers alike, and understand the importance of maintaining Goode Company's high sanitation standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have a great attitude and equally provide great customer service
• Thorough menu knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience
• Proactively access guest experience, ensuring they are satisfied with quality food and service
• Accurately take orders and consistently deliver order in a timely fashion, to ensure we are serving Texas one plate at a time
• Pride in with creating and maintaining a clean dining experience for guest
• Check identification of guests to avoid underage drinking
• Maintain communication with other staff and management
• Ability to operate the point-of-sale register system, including processing credit card and cash transactions in compliance with PCI standards
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older
• TABC and Texas Food Handler Certified
• 1-year high-volume experience
• Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Punctual and reliable attendance
• Well-groomed and professionally dressed
• An appreciation for detail, and a passion for hospitality
• Able to work in a standing and moving position for extended periods of time
