A few things we look for are.

• A passion for early childhood education
• Teacher certification by the Department of Early Education and Care**Experience as a child care teacher or teaching assistant in a center setting
• A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or college degree a plus
• Experience with lesson planning and various forms of curricula (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, etc.) helpful
• Ability to work a full time schedule, Monday through Friday
