Summary/Objective
Maintain documentation and submission of all Requests for Quotes for DLA Troop Support including contracts SOE: Special Operation Equipment/FESE: Fire and Emergency Services and Equipment.

Essential Functions

- Submission of all bids for DLA Troop support
- DLA no quote report tracking
- DODAAC database updating address
- NSN quote preparation for DLA Troop Support
- RFI quote preparation for DLA Troop Support
- COTS quote preparation for DLA Troop Support
- Generate Daily DODAAC Report distributed to all Defense division Personnel
- General back up for additional administration duties
- JDE Sales order entry, part number creation

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30pm.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excel experience.
