Summary/Objective

Maintain documentation and submission of all Requests for Quotes for DLA Troop Support including contracts SOE: Special Operation Equipment/FESE: Fire and Emergency Services and Equipment.

Essential Functions

  • Submission of all bids for DLA Troop support
  • DLA no quote report tracking
  • DODAAC database updating address
  • NSN quote preparation for DLA Troop Support
  • RFI quote preparation for DLA Troop Support
  • COTS quote preparation for DLA Troop Support
  • Generate Daily DODAAC Report distributed to all Defense division Personnel
  • General back up for additional administration duties
  • JDE Sales order entry, part number creation

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, multi-line phones, photocopiers, scanners filing cabinets and fax machines

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30pm.

. Requirements:

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excel experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

Associate or certificate programs preferred
