Tile Helper

Tile and marble setters apply hard tile and marble to walls floors and other surfaces

Key Elements for this position:

• Clean and level the surface to be tiled
• Measure and cut tile and marble
• Arrange tiles according to the design plans
• Prepare and apply mortar or other adhesives
• Install tile and marble in the planned area
• Apply grout with a rubber trowel
• Wipe off excess grout and apply necessary finishes, such as sealants

What we need from you:

• Previous experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work professionally and follow instructions with a demonstrated capability to work in a team environment
• Own tools
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Must have reliable transportation
• Experience with proper and safe use of tools utilized in tile installation preferred
• Skilled craftsman with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks preferred
• Clean Department of Motor Vehicles report, preferred
• Adaptability to change
• Bilingual a plus (English / Spanish)
