SUMMARY
The tile carpet technician cleans and maintains all carpets, as well as; maintain all the floors by cleaning, striping and waxing.

DUTIES

• Responsible for getting a list from Quality Assurance every morning on work orders
• Turn completed work orders to Quality Assurance and keep file
• Get work orders from Central Dispatch, complete and log in book
• Extract all overflows as needed on a priority
• Maintain a maintenance program on all floors, buff, strip, and wax as needed
• Maintain all machinery on working order. Ensure all machines are locked in closet at the end of shift
• Maintain cleaning program in models and all public areas

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Must provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to start of employment
• Current FL Drivers License
