Tier 3 Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer

Zachary Piper is currently seeking a Tier 3 Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer with a Top-Secret clearance for an award-winning world technology organization in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina (NC) area. The Tier 3 Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer will be supporting implementation of leading-edge technologies on a classified network.

Responsibilities of the Tier 3 Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer:

• Integrate devices into the Monitoring Platform for active monitoring and fine tune monitoring platform to reduce false positive rates
• Experience monitoring solutions such as Zenoss, BMC, or SolarWinds
• Experience performing DISA STIG/SRG and creating checklists

Qualifications of the Tier 3 Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer:

• 5+ years of network experience in a enterprise environment
• 2+ years of Red Hat Enterprise Linux experience
• Active Top-Secret clearance and willing to be upgraded to a TS/SCI CI security clearance
• Experience with tools such as Zenoss, BMC or SolarWinds
• CCIE certification preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience

Compensation for the Tier 3 Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer:

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000
