Position Summary and ResponsibilitiesTeledyne Storm Microwave, a leading manufacturer of R/F Microwave cable assemblies, is searching for a 2nd shift Tester at our Woodridge, IL facility. Responsibilities include:

- Performing final electrical test evaluation of finished assemblies per engineering drawings
- Providing customers with accurate test report and data
- Segregating non-conforming assemblies and assisting electrical engineer in diagnosing or troubleshooting problems
- Making good decisions on cable quality (acceptable or unacceptable) using the electrical specification listed in the drawing
- Setting up the PNA and VEEPRO controller per work instruction
- Setting up and performing phase matching of assemblies using PNA and auto-saw
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent computer skills (setting up VEEPRO software, creating and printing test reports)
- Must have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft EXCEL (data sorting and creating charts)
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Experience in engineering print reading preferred
- Previous Experience in cable manufacturing/inspection/testing is a plus
