Job Description
Overview: Applied Memetics LLC is seeking (1) motivated Test Engineer to support our Veterans Administration (VA) customer in Chantilly, VA. U.S. Remote work is authorized until the pandemic is resolved. US citizenship is required.Responsibilities:

A Test Engineer must have experience in the coordination and execution of test events in accordance with approved test plans, procedures and scripts. Must have knowledge and skills to ensure that test environments are set up accurately. Must be able to create test reports. The test engineer must be able to test IT hardware, software, systems and networks.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Develops automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements.
- Executes test scripts during internal system testing.
- Documents test issues and works with development team to validate/recreate.
- Performs retesting and regression testing.
- Documents test results for incorporation into the Requirements Traceability and Verification Matrix.
- Provides support to Client testers during acceptance testing, including test script walk throughs, document testing issues and test results, and answering questions on system functionality
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years of current ServniceNow experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in software testing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Agile Delivery
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required.
- 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Micro Certification – Automated Test Framework Fundamentals (highly preferred)
- 1 or more years of test automation experience and/or mobile testing
- Demonstrated experience with continuous integration, including two or more of the following build/deploy/version control tools: Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo, Git, Mercurial, Subversion, GitHub, Bitbucket, Grunt, Gradle, Gulp, Maven, MS TFS
